Frequently asked questions

No. Frames are analyzed in your browser and immediately discarded. The camera turns off as soon as a code is found or you leave the page.

Yes. Switch to Image and drop, choose or paste (Ctrl/⌘+V) a screenshot or photo that contains a QR code.

Your browser needs permission to use the camera, and the page must be opened over HTTPS. If you blocked access, re-enable it in your browser's site settings, or scan an image instead.

We always show the full link and ask before opening it. Only open links from sources you trust — QR codes can point to phishing sites.
